Gutenburg supports Salesforce Experience Cloud, including document-generation use cases involving site guest users.

Experience Cloud support

Gutenburg can be used in Experience Cloud implementations where PDF generation is part of the external-user or site workflow.

Site guest users

Site guest users are included in Gutenburg’s Experience Cloud support.

Because guest-user security and execution patterns differ from normal named Salesforce users, treat the Experience Cloud implementation as its own configuration rather than applying named-user licensing instructions mechanically to a guest user.

Named internal users

Named Salesforce users who generate PDFs or create or edit Gutenburg templates require a Gutenburg managed-package license and the appropriate permission set.

Pricing and implementation

Experience Cloud use cases may require custom commercial or implementation details. Contact Gutenburg for current Experience Cloud pricing and configuration guidance.

Security considerations

Gutenburg remains Salesforce-native in Experience Cloud scenarios; the product architecture does not introduce an external document-rendering service for the core generation process.

Configuration detail still to document

The current verified product facts establish Experience Cloud and guest-user support but do not yet specify the exact guest-user permission-set, sharing, or site configuration steps. Add those steps only after they are confirmed for the current package version.
